To be included in one of our Vendor Fairs, please check the calendar for available dates and then complete the form below.  You may pay using Checkout - if your company is already represented you will receive a refund.  A receipt will be sent following payment with the requirements to have your company listed as a Sponsor or as a Direct Seller.

Sponsorship is $5.00 per fair.

30 Minute Slot	$1.00
60 Minute Slot	$1.75
90 Minute Slot	$2.50
120 Minute Slot	$3.25

Additional 30 minute slots are available for $0.50 each.

You must provide a gift for the door prizes/freebies.  Minimum $5.00.  Can be a gift certificate, rebate, sample pack or small item.

You must be a member of our group to participate in Vendor Fairs.
